Miss Garnett Reaches New Heights
At Blackshaw Moor First School, part of the Talentum Learning Trust, we are proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of our staff members who go above and beyond to make a positive impact on our community.
Recently, our teaching assistant, Miss Garnett, took part in a thrilling charity skydive with her university netball team, raising over £8,000 for the "When You Wish Upon a Star" foundation. This remarkable feat will enable three children to have their wishes come true, bringing joy and hope to those in need.
Our core values of aspiration, compassion, and integrity are embodied in Miss Garnett's selfless act. As an educational institution rooted in a strong Christian ethos, we are inspired by her courage, determination, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
Reaching New Heights
Miss Garnett's skydive was a true testament to her aspiration and desire to push her own boundaries. By taking on this thrilling challenge, she has not only raised a significant amount of money for a worthy cause but has also set an inspiring example for our pupils, encouraging them to dream big and never shy away from opportunities to grow and excel.
Celebrating Excellence
At Talentum Learning Trust, we believe in excellence for all, and Miss Garnett's remarkable achievement is a shining example of what can be accomplished when we embrace our core values and work together to make a positive impact.
